Halle Gemeinde,
Also vorweg. bin absoluter Anfänger.
Ich suche, wenn möglich, eine Schritt für Schritt Anleitung für nachstehendes Anliegen.
Eine in Calc angelegte Schaltfläche soll jeweils eine Eingabemaske öffnen, in der ich neue Kundendaten, neue Rechnungsdaten einfügen kann und diese dann in der jeweiligen Tabelle auch aktualisiert.
(Hab schon ein Problem damit, diese Schaltfläche zu beschriften z.Bsp. "Neuer Kunde" oder "Neue Rechnung")Listenfelder In der Maske wären auch gut.
Hab schon viel gesucht, weiß aber nicht wie und womit fange ich an, um mich in die Materie einzuarbeiten.

vielleicht brauchst du gar nicht so tief einsteigen, schau dir erst einmal diese .oxt/ extension für Calc an

habe dataform runtergeladen.
Habe über Ext.-Manager hinzugefügt, steht auch unter Makros.

Hallo clag,
wenn ich ehrlich bin, war ich schon soweit. Hab sowas als ADDin drauf. Mein Problem dabei ist. Meine TB ist relativ groß, wegen der Berechnungen.
Die Eingabemaske braucht eigentlich nicht alle Felder. Wie kann ich die benötigten Felder selektieren, die ich in der Maske haben will ? Hab eben mal mit strg Felder markiert, Daten->Form, da öffnet sich ein Codefenster.
Hätte auch lieber ein Querformat. Wäre aber nicht so tragisch.

Hallo Jörg,

es wird sicherlich ein Calc konformer Datenbereich erwartet darum kommt der Basic Code auf (Fehler)
Warum muss es den unbedingt ein extra Formular sein?

Du könntest doch auch eine eigenes Tabellenblatt für die Datenerfassung gestalten
und von da die Werte in die Haupttabelle übernehmen?

ja natürlich!
Das ist ja der Sinn dieser Beispieldatei, auf einem "übersichtlichen" Eingab-Tabellenblatt Daten eingeben
und nach einem klick auf den Button die Daten in die Haupttabelle übertragen
(das funktioniert auch sauber)
Wenn bei dir nicht, dann hat du möglicherweise etwas falsch gemacht, die frage ist was ?

Hast du beim laden der Datei die Ausführung von Makros zugelassen?

Dann lade mal eine Datei mit deiner Idee der Eingabetabelle
und einer Basis Haupttabelle (korrekte Anzahl Spalten und Spaltennamen) hoch.

ich denke schon, das ich die Makros zugelassen habe,
hab´s aber auf nem andern Rechner.
Schicke gern die Datei. Dauert aber eine Weile.
Wenn du mal alles durchklickst, wirst du sehen, sind viele Formeln drin.
Eingabemaske und Erläuterungen findest du in TB 7.

das sollte keine Rolle spielen,
in dem Beispiel wird nichts außergewöhnliches ausgeführt, nur reguläre Calc-Funktionen als Makro aufgezeichnet.

und lass uns wissen wie deine OO Arbeitsumgebung aussieht, Rechner, OS, OOVer, usw

Hallo clag,
hab nun alles "entworfen". Wie Du siehst, bin ich inzwischen auch mit dem Erstellen der Schaltflächen weitergekommen.
Ist, hoffe ich nicht zu umfangreich, was ich mir so vorstelle.
Zu den Systemvoraussetzungen.
Die TB sind erstellt auf Windows XP 32 bit, muß aber ab nächstes Jahr auf Windows 7 (64 bit ??) umstellen. Falls dies von Bedeutung ist, habe ich noch einen Laptpo mit Windows 7 64 bit drauf. Ich könnte alles da drauf packen und kopiere das dann rüber, wenn der neue Rechner steht.
Version OO ist 4.0.1.

gute Nachricht. die Eingabemaske "Kunden" habe ich per "Makro aufzeichnen" hingekriegt.
Mein Problem ist "nur" noch, daß mir die nächstgrößere Kundennummer angezeigt bzw. eingetragen wird.
